This is a “working
manager”, sales and leadership position for a results-oriented real estate
professional to manage commercial property bankers / commercial brokers. Qualified
candidate will have a strong management and dealmaking background, exhibit
leadership and organization, with the ability to mentor and train team members
in order to develop and grow the business. In addition to making deal and
“leading by example” this position will be responsible for recruiting agents,
coaching agents on business planning, business development activities and
winning business through sales proposals. As the head of stand alone corporate
unit, the position is responsible for business planning, development and
implementation. The position also has to participate in financial planning, budgeting
and implementation. Position works under the direction of and reports to the Executive
Managing Director of Credit Sovereign Group.
Escrow Manager

position is for an ambitious team member to manage real estate transactions
from contract to close. This fast-paced, high-energy position requires
high level of integrity and ability to track all terms of the escrow
process. Position is an integral member of team, and responsible for all
aspects of escrow management.

Broker Coordinator

Coordinator includes performing many types of client projects, including but
not limited to creating proposals, brochures, compiling presentations on
properties, as well as many other diverse tasks.The position also includes tracking projects
and seeing them through completion, as well as managing time and prioritizing
to get each project done before the deadlines.
